Are you ready to be inspired by yet another fabulous
Guest Designer here at More Than Words?
This month, we are happy to introduce to you an incredibly talented lady
with a unique and beautiful minimalist style that certainly stands out!
If you are familiar with Louise Nelson's work, you will know that she is truly one of a kind! She is bold, brave and beautiful, and each creation of hers captures your attention to the point where you think to yourself 'How so very brilliant!' every single time. It makes us so happy to have her join us as our August Special Guest!
Let's see what Louise had to say about herself:
"Hello! I'm Louise! I live and work in Adelaide, Australia and I have been a passionate scrapbooker for 10 years now. I have a simplistic signature style that incorporates my favourite products and techniques including small black and white photos, mixed media and minimal embellishments. I currently design for Imaginarium Designs, 7 Dots Studio, Relics & Artifacts and Kraft Plus Challenges. I admit, I am a shockingly bad blogger, but you can find 'my stuff' by clicking on the following links."
Here's a reminder of our August FRIENDS & CIRCLES challenge
followed by Louise's fabulous interpretation:
Louise shared this about her amazing layout
and how she was inspired by our challenge:
"Firstly, let me say a huge THANK YOU to the More Than Words team for this fabulous creative honour! I have so loved creating to this challenge criteria and I so can't wait to see what you all will create based on it!!!
I was quite literal in my interpretation of the criteria, using CIRCLES to create a background pattern to showcase my photo, a chipboard circle frame to frame my photo and some black wire thread shaped to surround the frame in a circular pattern.
And lastly, I decided to use this inspiration word as my title, simple but yet very fitting, since the theme and focal point of my page is a photo of
one of my most beautiful FRIENDS."
Here are some close-ups of Louise's unique style and attention to details:
Now, we know that you have never seen anything like this!
As mentioned above, Louise is truly one of a kind!!
